APEX TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Online Return and Exchange Policy:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we do accept returns for online order, but only under the following conditions:

  • Orders must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Returns must also be authorized. We have two methods of authorization, one for shipping returns, and one for in-person returns.
    • Orders may be shipped back for returns; however, you are responsible for fulfilling the return shipment. Contact return@apexhomeoutlet.com or call your closest warehouse to authorize your return before initiating shipment to that warehouse. 
    • You may also return your items in person at your nearest warehouse. Call your nearest warehouse in advance to schedule a return date and time, and authorize your return that way. 
      • Note - we have 7 warehouses across California.
  • All items must be returned in its original packaging without any damages. 
    • All returned items are subject to inspection. Please give us up to 7 days after the return date to do any necessary inspections before your money is refunded.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any items that are considered too damaged for resale.
  • When processing your refund credits, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the original total if there are no damages to the product.
  • If unopened items or opened items but not touched are being returned, there won’t be a restocking charge.
  • A consumer assembled product is not eligible for return.
  • We will not complete any returns if there are any missing items within the packaging.

 

Shipping Instructions:

Upon delivery of your order, do the following immediately:

  • Check:
    • to make sure all items are accounted for.
    • for damages before actually accepting the order.
  • Make sure that none of the items were damaged during shipping. Only take boxes out of the packaging if they have any obvious signs of damage. 
  • If there are damages,
    • Call us immediately to inform us of the damaged items.
    • take photos of any damages to the boxes.
    • Still, accept the order. You are responsible for any and all shipping charges if you refuse the order and the shipment comes back to us.
    • Please allow us up to 5 days for the shipping of the missing items.
  • If any item is missing,
    • Call us immediately or email us at return@apexhomeoutlet.com
    • Take a picture of the opened box with the missing items and attach it to the email.
    • Please allow us up to 5 days for the shipping of the missing items.

Once you have accepted the delivery:

  • Please do not open or assemble any damaged items. Assembling or installing any items received means you’ve accepted the items, at which point returns will not be accepted.
  • If you have any damaged items, contact us…
    • at return@apexhomeoutlet.com or call your nearest warehouse within 7 days of receiving the order to schedule a return - If your items are delivered past operating hours, please call again as soon as we’re open.
  • If there are any hidden damages on specific parts which are only noticeable after opening the boxes, take a photo and contact us…
    • at return@apexhomeoutlet.com or call your nearest warehouse within 7 days of receiving the product to file a claim. 
    • If approved, we will only send a replacement for the damaged part; we cannot issue refunds for broken parts. Please allow us up to 5 days to process your replacement.
  • If there is a mistake with the order itself, contact us…
    • at return@apexhomeoutlet.com or call your nearest warehouse within 7 days of receiving the order. 
    • We will work with you to resolve the issue.

If you need to file a claim for any damaged or missing items:

    • Please use the form in "Contact Us" and use "claim" in the subject entry to begin the claims process. Do not visit your nearest warehouse without submitting a claim form. 
  • Do not assemble any damaged products. Assembling any damaged items means you accept those items in their current conditions.
    • Include all damaged or missing items on the same claim form to prevent any additional delays in between separate claims.
    • Photos must also be provided for both quality control and additional verification purposes. Photos of the damages will also let us know which parts to replace. 


    In-Person Return and Exchange Policy:

    Kitchen & Vanity Cabinets

    Cancellation Fees: All cabinet order cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the order amount (with a maximum of $500).

    Returnable cabinets - (subject to restocking charge***)
    *UNOPEN box Knocked Down (KD) cabinets subject to inspection and a 10% restocking charge

    *Assembled cabinet by APEX assembly department subject to return inspection and a 35% restocking charge

    Customers are required to bring cabinets back along with original invoice for return processing

    Non-returnable/exchangeable cabinets: Any and all cabinets that have been assembled, damaged, or installed in any way by the customer will NOT be accepted for returns. Please keep in mind that we are using natural wood for our cabinets. Due to natural decay, the color of the wood may change slightly over time; however, this is a natural occurrence and we cannot cover the natural decay. This also applies to any items with natural grain, or birds-eye products.

    Manufacture defective cabinet: Apex will exchange or replace any manufacturer defective or missing parts within 14 days after purchase at no additional cost.

    Stone Countertops & Peninsulas

    Please be aware that the colors of the stones may appear slightly different in-person than they may in photos. Please pay close attention to the exact color of the stone that you receive in-person. Please also be aware that our natural stones will slightly change in color and shade over time. We are not liable for color and shade differences due to that natural decay.

     

    • NON-RETURNABLE

    • EXCHANGE with a 25% restocking charge

    • ORDER CANCELLATION - No charge within 24 hours, after 24 hours, 25% cancellation charge will apply.

     

    * Before leaving any warehouse with your order, please kindly make sure that all items are accounted for in your order, and that you have everything you wished to purchase. We are not liable for any missing or unaccounted items after you leave our warehouse. Please make sure that everything is accounted for before leaving.  

     

    TILE, TRIMS, & DECO

    * No restocking charge within 7 days of purchase; after 7 days 15% restocking charge will be applied (tiles must be returned or exchanged in full box only)

    HARDWOOD AND LAMINATED FLOORS

    * RETURN - 15% restocking charge (must be return in full box only)

    * EXCHANGE - No restocking charge (must be exchange in full box only)

    * ORDER CANCELLATION - No charge within 24 hours; after 24 hours, IN STOCK ITEMS  10% cancellation charge and SPECIAL ORDER ITEM 15% cancellation charge

    CLOSEOUT PRODUCTS - **NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN

    GRANITE FABRICATION - Fabrication is base on the sizes you provided. Please make sure all sizes are accurate. If you find any mistakes on the fabrication, please contact us as soon as possible. AFTER 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE, WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY.

    KITCHEN MEASUREMENT & DESIGN

    * Designs provided by Apex Home Outlet are based on measurements submitted by the customer. Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all measurements and information. We recommend that you or your installer measure and check your design before you order. Make sure your order is correct by checking and double-checking the measurement and the order. APEX WILL ASSIST YOU ONLY AS ADVISORY; IT IS YOU THAT HAVE TO MAKE SURE DESIGN AND MEASUREMENT IS CORRECT.

    *** Any product that is not mentioned above will be able to receive full refund within 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, all return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. ***

    Will call hours: Mon-Fri: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Sat: 10:00 am - 4:00pm. In order to expedite or service, please give us 24 hours in advance to prepare your order. Before arriving, please contact us the above store numbers.

    STORAGE FEE

    If merchandises are not picked up within 7 days after purchased, storage fee will be charged. KD orders: $15.00 per day; Assemble orders: $25.00 per day.
